Do you have a retail store?

No, Reloading House does no have a retail store. We aim to support your community’s local gun stores and sell their products. We want your local gun store to have more business.

How can I change/add/cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or add to an existing order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel, please contact our Rangemasters at mail@reloadinghouse.com so that we can review your order and determine if it is able to be cancelled.

My online order status says “Pending”, what does this mean?

If you purchased a firearm, this means we are waiting on the supplier of your gun to confirm that they still have the inventory available. On rare occasions a gun may be sold before it is able to be removed from our site. If we are unable to fulfill your order immediately, we will find another source or refund your money in full if we cannot find an exact substitute in a timely manner.

What are your payment methods?

Reloading House accepts Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Bitcoins, Cash App, Gift Cards for payment.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Reloading House currently only ships to specific countries.
